I am running Windows XP with Office 2003. In outlook when sending an email to
someone not in My Contacts, Outlook retains the address not as one of my
contacts, but when I start typing that address it fills it in. I want to
remove that information from Outlook. I don't want to turn off that feature.
Just remove one spicific email address.

I have discovered the solution to this problem. Here it is for anyone having
the same problem.

AutoComplete will frequently offer an address that you only used once. If
you'd like to remove that address from AutoComplete, type the first few
letters of the address, use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select the
address, and press the [Delete] key. This will delete the address right in
the AutoComplete pop-up window.

Full article on this can be found at the following link
under tips for using autocomplete.

Answer posted on a daily basis:
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. If your autocomplete list contains only a single entry, use the
directions here:

To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions here:
