Removing a program from "Add or Remove Program" list

Is there any way to remove a program from the "Add or Remove Program"
list in Control Panel while the program is still actually installed on
the computer? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you mean you want to "hide" an installed prog on your PC
without it being listed?

Yes, remove the corresponding string from this key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
