remove xxx toolbar

How do you remove toolbars from internet explorer. My
customer downloaded two toolbars that installed in
Internet Explorer, IST toolbar and Adult XXX toolbar. I
can uncheck them so they do not appear but can not remove
them. Any help?

"IST" & "XXX" Toolbar are interrelated.
