So, when you say text table, you mean balloon tips? I just want to
understand the terminology for future reference if someone asks about
text tables.
 
Text LABELS. Toolbar labels, not a tooltip or balloon tip.

My bad.

I usually hear tool tips or balloon tips referred to as "those
annoying messages that pop up when you move the mouse over an icon".
Text label is a new one for me.
