Remove Startup Programs

I have two addware/spyware programs that have attached
themselves to my startup program. I can see them when I
view the startup programs list, but cannot figure out how
to delete or remove them. Each time I run my virus
protection program (McAfee) they are detected and I
delete them, however since they are attached to my
startup, they come back every time I turn on the computer.
 
DOWNLAOD AD-AWARE 6.1 OR GO TO START RUN TYPE MSCONFIG GO
TO START UP AND UNCHECK ALL EXCEPT FOR VIRUS SCAER

JOYCE
Press Start
Press Run
Type in msconfig
Press okay
Press the tab Startup
Then find what you don't want and un check it, lots of luck
