How can I remove an SQL command from a word document. I copied parts of a
mailmerge word document to paste on my web page, now whenever you go to my
web pages you get a nag screen about the SQL command
Thanks

This results from its being a mail merge main document; you need to convert
it back to a "Normal Word document."

1. Save a copy of the document.

2. Display the Mail Merge toolbar.

3. Click on Main Document Setup (far left button) and choose "Normal Word
document."

4. Save the document and use it as a source for the chunks you're posting to
the Web.

I must have downloaded something that changed the template for ALL my
documents, because I am getting that message when I try to open ANY of my
saved documents. How can I get rid of it for once and all?? Help, please!

Changing Normal.dot should not affect existing saved documents. Moreover,
what is apparently causing the problem at Word Startup (as discussed
elsewhere) is the TaskPaneController.dot add-in.
