I accidently added a "send this sheet" section to a file toolbar--how do I
remove this section?

Tools|Customize (Just to show that dialog)
Expand the file menu
Drag your icon off the toolbar
Close the dialog.

Thanks- I removed the icon from the toolbar ok-
Now I still have the The part of the "mail Section" with "Send this sheet",
"TO:", "CC:", "Subject:"
How do I remove this?

Click on File|Send To.
The "Mail Recipient" icon/button is a toggle. Click it once to add the
envelope. Click it again to remove that envelope.
