Remove/Re-assign Smiley Face Macro?

I've set up some macros to be accessible through my Toolbar by adding
the Smiley Face icon and assigning specific macros to them. I've run
into a problem with one of them, and I need to either remove or
reassign the macro that uses that button. Can someone tell me how to do
that?

Tools>Customize

Left-click on the Smiley in question and drag it off to remove or right-click
and "assign macro" to re-assign it to some other macro.
