Remove programs

Can no longer remove programs, because my list won't repopulate to le me see
what programs are currently installed. Does anyone know what causes this and
what I can do about it?

Laidak, Have you gotten help for this problem? I am also experiencing the
same problem :( very frustrating. I cannot remove programs that are inmy list
either.
