Is there a way to remove all of a certain (trial) program; I mean also f.i.
the number of trial days, etc.?

Trialware often hides a file or a registry key so that it's not easy to
simply remove and reinstall to get past the timer, and it varies from
application to application. You'll have to look very carefully
immediately before and after a trialware install to find the timer.
