That really depends on what program you want to remove.
Some programs hide themselves from Add/Remove but can
still be uninstalled from the command line. If you are
familiar with the registry you can go here:
[HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall]
Browse through the entries below that key and if you find
the one you are looking for, look for an "UninstallString"
value in the right column. If there is one then you can
try to uninstall it by copy-and-pasting that command into
a run box.
