Remove Program

How do I remove a program that cannot be removed with the remove/change
function in control panel? I am new and inexperienced, so please, be
specific?
 
Which program ? -
Some Apps won't respond to a Uninstall click, but if you click on
the "Change" option it will load the installer and have a Remove from
there.
Occassionally, you have to reinstall the app ( To the same destination )
and then afterwards the Uninstaller may work correctly.
It's a little complicated, so it's hard to give you definitive advice.

Some programs have an Undelete utility in their Start Menu folder.
Others aren't installed in the registry; you just need to delete their
folder and any shortcuts to the program.

What program are you trying to remove? Go to their Home Page and look
for a Support link..
