Remove "Notify Sender" when receiving emails

Anyone know how to remove the annoying "Notify Sender" that pops up
when emails are received from senders who turn this option on. I would
like to have it permanentaly turned off in MS Outlook.

You don't state your Outlook version, but in Outlook 2003, click
Tools>Options>E-mail Options>Tracking Options and select the "Never send a
response" radio button at the bottom.
