Remove "Mr. & Mrs." from field

I have a field which begins with "Mr. & Mrs." in 99% of them. Example: "Mr.
& Mrs. Smith"

I want to remove the "Mr. & Mrs." from every field that has it. It is
always at the beginning of the field, and is typed the same way all the time
(i.e., no "Mr. and Mrs.", etc.).

I'd like to code to do that.

Use the Replace function.
Replace([YourFieldName],"Mr. & Mrs.","")
You might have some with "Mr & Mrs" - no periods.
