Remove IE7 Tabs ? Please

Is there a way to get rid of the the Tab 'toolbar' in IE7 ? I prefer to
maximize the display area.

Yes. Internet Options> In General tab, click 'settings' under 'Tabs'
Uncheck "Enable tabbed browsing"
Restart IE7, Tab toolbar should be gone.

When you are in IE7, press F11 to get the big view.

Plus you can use F11 to get the maximum display area.
