Remove/Hide Toolbar

How does one remove or hide the toolbar so end users do not have the option
to play with the design? I only have one query that needs the export to
excell button and i only need a short toolbar so is it possable to have this
one feature but not through out the database?
 
There are options to in Tools, Startup where you can untick Allow Full Menus
and Allow Built-In Toolbars. Then you could just create a custom toolbar
containing the functions you will need. For your export query, put it in a
form and have a button on the form run the export.
