Does anyone know of any freeware that will keep certain shortcuts from
appearing in the frequently-used list of the Start Menu?
What is happening is that I run a lot of data files directly by
double-clicking on them, such as text files, but I don't want Notepad to
show in the frequently-used Start Menu list because I never run
Notepad.exe directly.
I can right-click on the icon and tell it to remove itself from the
list, but once I run some more text files it comes right back.
