Remove Error from Outlook2003

Hello Group,
I uninstal software for Seimens mobile phone and remove record from windows
registry. When I started Outlook is opened window with information, I can't
find SiemensQuickSyncButton.dll
How remove this error ?

CLick Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options and look in the COM Add-Ins or
Add-In Manager for this add-in and uncheck it.
