Remove DC Manually

I just put another DC on the network so that I could have
a DC for a test lab. What steps do I need to take to
remove the DC from the domain? Thanks.

Both Tommy and Hunter have given you the same piece of the puzzle. However,
there is a little bit more to this then simply doing a metdata cleanup.
