Remove all network and work group components

I cannot seem to get my laptop correctly attached to my small office
network. Only one of the two printers seems to be connected. I have two
workgroups show up when I browse to connect to the other printer. There
should only be one workgroup and neither of them appears correct. I can
access the internet and the workgroup files. I was getting the duplicate
name exists error on my laptop - now I'm not, but it is occurring on the
desktop that is part of this work group. I checked the knowledge base and
renamed my laptop - this may have help with the duplicate name error, but
the printer problem persists. I also cannot map to any of the shared
folders.

(The network used to work fine, my laptop crashed and I have not been able
to get the network back the way it was since I reinstalled all of the
software on my laptop).

Any Advice is greatly appreciated.
