Sure.
In the IE menu bar:
Tools
Internet Options
On the "General" tab, see the History section
Set "Days to keep pages in History" to zero.
This will also automatically clear out your history, as well.
In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options/General tab and select the Clear History
button.
If you do not want to clear the complete History folder, you do the
following to just clear the Recent Documents list, including the IE Address
Bar history.
Right click the Start Button and select Properties/Customize Button/Advanced
Tab. At the bottom of this dialog box, select the Clear List button.
