Dear Microsoft Newsgroups:
First of all, I would like to salute everyone out there.
Secondly,let you that this, it is my first visit to this
site. I writing to inform you that I have a WINDOWS
XP,Intel Pentium III, a DELL Inspiron 4100 laptop.
MY PROBLEM
ue to a virus infection a cannot access my
computer application, my documents and so forth.
I did scanned my laptop for viruses and and I found out
that it is infected with more than 25 viruses, named
VBS/Loverletter@MM.
I bouth a McAfee VirusScan CD in order to intall it and
get rid of those viruses but does not response.
Therefore,I would like whether someone could help me out
with this matter.

forward to solving this problem.
