Removal of "Are you sure..." dialog box

Hello. cananyone please tell me how to disable the "are you sure.." dialog
box in Vista so that files etc can be deleted in one click? Thanks very much.
 
Same way as you do it since Windows 95, Recycle Bin properties, uncheck
"Display delete confirmation"
