removal of a file

Dear Sir/Madam
I have a got a very sticky programme which is coming
again and again even after deleting it.Its a adult site
which i don't want. I deleted it even from the start menu
and then emptied the recycle bin, but still it's there.
sometimes it comes on my desktop also. I have tried to
delete it so many times but nothing seems to be working.
Can you help me with this.I'll be thankful.

Try running Ad-Aware from lavasoft
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/). It can detect and remove
spyware and adware from your machine.
