Removable disks

Does your computer have a multi-slot card reader by any chance? (for
cards like compactflash, memory stick, etc.)

Does your computer have a built-in card reader? How about a
printer with 4 slots in the front? If so, then that would
account for those drive letters showing up in Windows Explorer.

What you're seeing is those drives. To change what you see, you need
admin rights on your computer. From there, you can right-click on the
My Computer icon on the desktop and select Manager. Scroll down to
"Disk Management" under the Storage tree, and you will see a list of
all disks on the right. You can scroll that list until you see the
one(s) that offend you, and right-click on it, selecting "Change Drive
Letter and Paths". The rest will be obvious.
