As administrator on my Win XP Pro network, how can I remotely take control
of another users workstation?

Also, how do I remotely change program settings and install/delete/update
software?

Many thanks!

Thanks Rick, I've set this up on my home network but at work we run Win2K
Pro and the administrator there was able to control my PC (incl. my mouse
cursor) while I stayed logged in and watched. Is this not possible on Win
XP Pro as everything I've read and done seems to require the user to be
logged out - or at least seeing the Welcome Screen?

He's probably using a third-party program, as the RD in WinXP doesn't allow
for multiple logons to be used simultaneously.
