We are about to do some stress testing and will need to roll forward the
clocks on 30 odd machines. Is there a way to remotely change the time within
Windows XP? Either by scripting or changing the registry?

Assuming your 30 computers all log on to a domain, you can set the time
with a command in a logon script. You can also set the computers to
synchronize with a time server, then set whatever time you like on the
time server.

It has been a long time since I have done this sort of thing, though, so
I can't provide more details on how to make it work. It should be
fairly easy, though.
