Is it possible to connect to different 2 computers behind a router using
remote web desktop where I could just type the computer name of the machine
that I am looking for?

I think it depends on your router. Most consumer level routers only allow
any specific port to be forwarded to a single computer. If your router is
also a VPN device, you could VPN to the router, then connect a remote
desktop to any computer on your LAN.
