remote shutdown

I was wondering if there was a way to disable the remote shutdown command as
we are having a problem with students randomly shutting down other students
computers and losing any data that they were working on. Thanks for any help.

Don't make them administrators.
 
Your students are enjoying the administrative rights.So restrict them
from doing these by reconfiguring users reights.
