Since you have no antivirus, you have not updated your version of windows,
and you are not running a firewall, you have allowed your computer to become
infected with the SASSER or BLASTER worm.

Owning a computer is like driving a car...you have to take some
responsibility in order to safely connect to the internet.

Since you have not even taken the least bit of action to protect yourself,
you have now become a threat to everyone on the internet, because your
computer is now actively looking for other computers to infect.

Do yourself (and everyone else using the internet) a favor.

Turn off you computer. Unplug it from the wall, and from whatever
connection you have to the internet.

Do not hook it back up and turn it on until you have read up on basic
security precautions (Install a good antivirus scanner (and keep it
updated); Keep your version of windows updated (had you done this, you would
have been protected from these worms...the patch that would have protected
you was released over a year ago; and use a firewall.

You need to educate yourself for your own protection, as well as those who
are in your email address book, and the internet general.

In this day and age, with information literally a few keystrokes away using
a search engine, there is absolutely no reason for anyone to be left wide
open as you have. Until you learn to act responsibly, I would recommend
that you do not use your computer nor connect to the internet.
