remote procedure call (RPC)

Hi
I wonder if anyone can help. When I connect to the
internet I'm kicked out after a few seconds with this
message
the shut down was by NT/AUTHORITY SYSTEM - windows must
now restart because of remote procedure call (RPC) service
terminated unexpectedly
Can anyone help please?
