Remote printer

I regularly log on to my company server remotely from home - home PC uses Win
XP. I installed the driver for my home printer on my office server but I have
been unable to print to it. My company IT guy, who is away this week, told me
I'm supposed to check something telling the server to look for off-site
printers but I'll be damned if I can remember what it was. Can anyone help?
 
Try to use the new RDC version. These search result may help,
