Hi y'all,

Does anybody know how to remotely manage a non-domain Windows
XP-machine, without the use of Remote Desktop?

I'm trying to remotely change a registry-setting on a machine with
Registry Editor and the Connect to remote registry, but I cannot seem
to authenticate properly.

I know the administrator-account and password and I know for sure that
those credentials are correct....
