Remote Desktop

I have two vista ultimate machines, 32 bit. I need to remote desktop from A
to B. However I can remote desktop fro A to B, but not from B to A. The error
I am getting is
"Because of an error in data encryption, this session will end. Please try
connecting to the remote computer again."
It is allowing me into the computer but within a matter of seconds I am
kicked out with this error. i have disabled the firewalls on both computers
in case this was causing the error and all the terminal services are started.

Any Ideas what might be causing this.
