"Remote Desktop" is not showing...

I am trying to allow a latop (running XP home) to
controlled remotely using "Remote Desktop Connection".
The "Remote Desktop" under "Remote Assitance" in
the "Remote" tab is not showing (System -> Remote tab).

Thanks for the help; I tried for a couple of hour but
could not find the answer.
