Client would like to be able to backup several folders from office computer
to home computer.

Is there a way to do this using Remote Desktop? If not, is there a solution
for this backup situation?

You can tick the box for 'local drive redirection' in the RD client if they
want to see their local computer drives in the TS/RD session, and they can
copy whatever they like (albeit slowly). You can't do this via any backup
software.
