Remote desktop and PCanywhere

Has anyone heard of pcanywhere disabling remote desktop in XP and how to correct it. I have been using remote desktop for months and needed to install pcanywhere and now remote desktop will not connect?
 
Make sure your copy of PC Anywhere is version 10.5.1 or higher...
Prior versions are not compatible...

hey mike,
i m using pcanywhere and remote desktop connection in
windows xp since a long time, and i have not faced any
problem yet, and even i dont think it will create any
problem as such.
