Its also possible the "Solicited Remote Assistance" group policy is configured on your PC, ie. your
asking for assistance, to only allow the Expert to view your desktop but not control it...
To check that go to "Start -> Run" and type the command gpedit.msc at the command line. Navigate to
the "Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Remote
Assistance", double click on the "Solicited Remote Assistance" policy and select "Not configured"
*OR* select "Enabled" and configure the "Permit remote control of this computer" drop down menu for
"Allow helpers to remotely control this computer"...
