Remote assistant with SMC Barricade 7004VBR router

A remote site recently added this router with the firewall activated. An
invitation was sent to me and I could no longer connect. They deactivated
the firewall on the router and this didn't help (they didn't reboot). They
removed the router and I can connect via the DSL modem - no problem.

Does anyone know what settings are required to get Remote Assistant to work
with the SMC router?

Do you need to also open port 80? Does anyone have a
sample/example of a port setup on a SMC 7008VBR or 7004vBR
router?

Remote Assistance only needs TCP Port 3389...
