Remote assistance

Hi All,

When I receive a remote assistance ticket from some one and I start to
open it, it gives me the messages (Remore assistance failed). What's the
reason behind that.

Usually such errors are the result of the user being behind a router or some other NAT or
firewall device which is either sending the incorrect IP address (because it doesn't have
UPnP support) or otherwise does not allow incoming connections.

Hi Jonathan,
We are already on the same LAN, we have a corporate intranet and this
Remote Assistance was working before. I don't know what happened.
