Remote Assistance -Take Control

I setup remote assistance in XP Pro. Using Email to send an assistance
request. Can only view the system remotely. Cannot take control. Have used
the plugin to configure users to be able to take control. Ideas?

In the target system:
Open System in Control Panel.
On the Remote tab, click Settings.
Enable "Allow this computer to be controlled remotely"
