When i try to use "Offer Remote Assistance" i get the
message "Permission Denied" even though i have added my
username as a helper on the remote PC. Also when i try to
do the same on another computer on the same network,
there is no problem.
I got the tip to run the command
sessmgr -service
but that did not help.
Anyone have any ideas?

thanks

The remote user who needs assistance has to invite you to help
through email or Microsoft Messenger Service. The expert user
cannot initiate the request. Usually the invitation has an
expiration time.
