I am trying to access a computer in a home network but
when I answer the request for assistance I get "Remote
Assistance Connection could not be established because the
remote host name could not be resolved. Please try
again." That does not work.
What settings do I need to change on the novice machine to
allow it? The home network it is on is an ADSL high speed
hookup through a D-link router (192.168.0.1).
Anybody know?
