When I go to "Offer Remote Assistance" I get a message
saying that it fails. I checked my policies and
everything seems to be in order. What other steps should
I take to correct this? I seem to remember it working
before, but now it isn't. When I login to a brand new
machine with a clean install of XP on our domain, it
works fine, so it isn't my rights. No doubt this problem
is related to my local machine. HELP! (I'd let you
remote in to check it, but it does work)
