Remote Assistance did not send email request

Can Remote Assistance send a request email through Yahoo? Or does it have to
go through Outlook Express?

Well - you could create a remote assistance request FILE and send it through
yahoo - but you have to have a valid email CLIENT to send the email request.
If you can/have setup your Yahoo email to pop/IMAP/whatever through some
cemail client installed on your machine - you can use that (whatever your
default email client is.) However, if you do not utilize a client - make
the file and send it yourself.
