remote assistance and MSN messenger 6.0

I am running windows xp and when using MSN messenger 6.0 I cannot get remote
assistance to work. I am having trouble logging on with windos messenger so
am trying to use MSN messenger but it will not connect.

disable your firewall in WXP ,and also ask the same to
your friend on the other line to be able to connect. uSE
E-MAIL TO CONTACT YOUR ASSISTANT AND DON'T FORGET TO USE
A PASSWORD. THIS PASSWORD SHOULD BE KNOWN BY YOUR
ASSISTANT TOO.
