Remote Access Manager will not Start

I upgraded from XP Home to XP Pro today and now the Remote
Access Connection Manager, Remote Access Auto Connection
Manager, and the Internet Connection Manager will not
Start. I receive "Error 5: Access is denied" when trying
to start the RACM and "Error 1068: The dependancy group
failed to start" on the RAACM and the ICF.

This is the problem...

You Cannot Create a Network Connection After You Restore Windows XP

You need to re-apply SP1 to fix it.
