Reminders

When I flag a email and put a due date on the flag. A window should pop up
telling me that the reminder is past due but it's not working. Please help
 
Reminders in folders other than your default Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and
Inbox will only turn red when due unless you use 3rd party software or are
using the Outlook 2007 beta.
