Reminders in Outlook

One of our attorneys would like to have one reminder pop up at the end of the
week. This reminder would list all of her appointments for the following
week. Is there a way to do that without fiddling with the reminder times on
each of her appointments?

Why doesn't she just examine Outlook Today?
