Reminder pop-ups

Probably an easy fix but here it goes.... once a day I am
receiving a pop-up that states "Reminder" and then the
date and time. Below it shows "Page cannot be displayed".

I am unable to close this window until I reboot the
computer. However, moments later it will pop-up again.
Hopefully someone can e-mail me a quick fix. Thanks!!!!!!

Sounds like spyware or a home page hijacker.
